The name “Tidal Bay” is strictly regulated and reserved for still (non-sparkling) white wines produced from 100% Nova Scotia grapes. Tidal Bay wines are fresh and crisp in acidity, dry to off-dry, moderate in alcohol and highly aromatic. Pronounced apple, peach and pear accentuated by a zippy acidity and a mineral medium finish. An orchard in a glass. This wine is Nova Scotia in a glass, waiting to come home with you!
